Crookham Street hosts a variety of groups and clubs throughout the week. Listed below are some of them, see one that takes your fancy? Don't be shy come down and see us and get involved :)
A number of our members enjoy playing poker. We hold a regular game every Tuesday night as part of the Redtooth Poker League, a national pub poker league through which players can win substantial money prizes and trips to Las Vegas.
We also occasionally hold some bigger games with higher buy-ins, with players invited from across the region to play for larger prizes. These have attracted attendances of up to nearly 100 players, with prize money of over £5,000.
All games are played in strict adherence to the Gambling Commission Regulations.
We have a bridge club that meets every Wednesday afternoon – they are a small, friendly bridge club playing duplicate bridge on Wednesday afternoons from 2pm till 4pm throughout the year. There is a £3 subscription per session which includes refreshments.

This group of model flyers is affiliated to the Social Club and meets at the club every 2nd Wednesday from 7:30pm. Club members build and fly model aircraft near to Fleet. The monthly evening meetings are often themed with talks, ‘bring and buy’ or an auction, with some months being reserved for just a social gathering and a drink. The AGM is the second Wednesday in December.
